	In 2003, divested two coal-fired electric generating facilities and two 15-megawatt combustion turbines to a newly created non-regulated company - AmerenEnergy Resources Generating Company. The power is marketed by a non-regulated affiliate, Ameren Energy Marketing.
	210,000 electric customers over 3,700 square miles
	213,000 natural gas customers over 4,500 square miles in central and east central Illinois
	Service territory includes the Illinois communities of Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Washington, Lincoln, Morton, Tuscola and Springfield (natural gas only)
