AmerenUE CEO and President Tom Voss conducted a number of media interviews on July 9 at a packed meeting where several hundred citizens—many of them quite positive toward nuclear energy—came to hear from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission about the process involved with filing a combined construction and license operating application for a possible second nuclear unit at Callaway Plant.
